SpiralForge is a Kolkata-based business founded by three long-time Beyblade fans. Our mission is to create high-quality, full-metal Beyblades that are accessible and affordable for fans across India. All our products are made in India, using premium, lab-certified lead-free alloys.
2. Buyer Responsibilities
When purchasing from SpiralForge, buyers are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery information.
- Use proper Beyblade launchers compatible with MFB systems.
- Spin and battle Beyblades only on appropriate Beyblade stadiums.
- Take safety precautions while playing, as our products are heavier than typical Beyblades and should be handled responsibly.
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in damage or injury, for which SpiralForge cannot be held liable.
3. Seller Responsibilities and Limitations
SpiralForge commits to:
- Delivering products that match the visuals and descriptions shown in our videos and listings.
- Providing support via WhatsApp or email in case of defective products or fulfilment issues.
However, we are not liable for:
- Any damage resulting from improper use, such as launching on hard surfaces or with incompatible launchers.
- Injuries or harm caused by careless play. Our Beyblades are made of solid metal and must be handled with caution.
All products are tested for functionality and safety before shipping, and a video preview is shared prior to dispatch.
4. Modifications and Custom Use
We allow:
- Full personal customisation including repainting, part-swapping, or modifying.
- Community-led experimentation and showcasing on social platforms.
However, you may not:
- Resell SpiralForge products under your own brand name.
- List SpiralForge Beyblades for sale on any platform (e.g. OLX, eBay, Instagram stores) without our written permission.
Any commercial use or resale attempt without prior approval will be treated as a violation of these terms.
5. Age Restriction and Safety Warning
Our products contain small parts and heavy components. As such:
- Recommended age is 14 years and above.
- There is a choking hazard for younger children.
- Users should avoid battling in closed or non-standard spaces and always wear protective gear if necessary.
6. Intellectual Property and Authenticity
While SpiralForge creates replica Beyblades based on original anime designs, all engineering, assembly, and R&D are conducted independently. The goal is to provide a higher-quality alternative to low-grade fakes, not to misrepresent the product as an original Takara Tomy or Hasbro release.
7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Stock availability issues
- Incorrect pricing
- Incomplete or suspicious customer details
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
