Refund & Returns Policy

At SpiralForge, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness and clarity. This policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund, return, or replacement. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below. Return, refund, or exchange requests are only applicable within 30 days of purchase.


1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Product does not match video preview:
    Before shipping, we provide a video over WhatsApp showing the actual product you will receive. If the delivered product does not match what was shown, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Product arrives defective or damaged:
    If your Beyblade arrives with manufacturing defects, damage, or missing components, you can request a refund. Please ensure that you record an unboxing video as proof.

Conditions:

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • We may ask for a detailed video explanation of the issue before greenlighting the return.
  • SpiralForge covers the return shipping costs for approved refund cases.

Timeline:

  • Claim review: 1–3 business days
  • Return transit: 5–7 days
  • Refund processing: Up to 3 business days after item is received

2. Returns & Replacement Policy

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is not as shown in the preview video.
  • The product has any physical or functional defect.
  • You changed your mind and would like to replace the item with another (case-dependent).

How to Request:

  2. Share your order details and proof video (preferably an unboxing).
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Timeline:

  • Claim review: 1–3 business days
  • Return pickup and transit: 5–7 days
  • Dispatch of replacement: 5–7 days
  • Total process: Up to 17 days

3. Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns and replacements are handled at SpiralForge’s expense. We will arrange for pickup via our logistics partner. No action is needed from your end once approved.


4. Opened or Used Items

We accept returns of opened or lightly used items if a valid defect is present. However, returns based purely on preference or cosmetic disappointment (e.g. shade differences) may not qualify.

Please always record an unboxing video to support your claim.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address:

  • Contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
  • If the order has already shipped, we’ll work with our delivery partner to attempt redirection or rerouting.
  • In cases where the parcel is returned to us, we may reship once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

6. Final Notes

  • All returns and refunds must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund or return requests that are not supported by proper evidence or fall outside the scope of this policy.
